Those famous words made popular by President Bill Clinton's campaign strategist James Carville appear to never be truer than when it comes to President Barack Obama's chances at re-election.
A recently released Harris Poll shows that as the economy sags, so do the president's approval numbers.
According to the poll, 68 percent of Americans give him negative ratings, and 53 percent say they'd be unlikely to vote for him if the election were held today.
The poll surveyed the opinions of 2,462 adults between Sept. 12 and Sept. 19.
When asked the two most important issues for government to address, half said employment and jobs, while 27 percent said the economy. Read More
