ALMOST half of Australia's office
workers would take a pay cut for a job with more flexibility, our New
Work Project survey shows.
With more than 17,000 responses submitted so far, 43 per cent have said they would be prepared to move to a lesser paying job that better is suited to their needs.
One in four have said they would take up to a $5000 cut, while roughly one in 10 would take up to a $10,000 cut. Seven per cent have said they would give up more than $10,000. Read Here
