Hurricane Ophelia heads toward Newfoundland

Forecasters issued a tropical storm watch for southeastern Newfoundland Sunday for a weakened Hurricane Ophelia as the Category 3 storm headed northward toward Atlantic Canada.

The U.S. National Hurricane Center in Miami said at 5 a.m. ET Sunday that Ophelia's top sustained winds had dropped somewhat to 205 km/h and it was moving north at 46 km/h.  Read More
