Malaysian AIDS Council celebrates World Contraception Day

World Contraception Day (WDC) 2011 was celebrated by the Malaysian AIDS Council (MAC) on September 26 --- with the underlying objective of the celebrations being raising awareness of contraception chiefly among the youth.

The annual WDC event worldwide largely marks a campaign that is focused on recognizing the role of contraceptive measures, particularly condoms, towards the promotion of sexual and reproductive health.
