Tampa Bay experts expect more confusion over new PSA test guidance

Even though a draft recommendation by the US Preventive Services Task Force - underscoring that the PSA blood test, when used as a routine screening test for prostate cancer, apparently fails to save lives overall – is yet to be officially released next week, the report is already causing quite a stir around the Tampa Bay area as well as the entire country.
